Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Respiratory and Nursing Center of Dayton is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator lead our team!

We are looking for an exceptional nursing home administrator to join our Culture of Care. RND is a skilled nursing facility that offers 24/7 nursing care and a full range of services focusing on medically complex ventilator care along with high end customer service.

The successful candidate is responsible for the overall census of the facility as well as the efficient and profitable operation of the facility, to ensure that the facility remains in compliance with policies and procedures, State and Federal rules and regulations, retention and financial performance. The candidate will support the providing the highest quality of care possible and support developing our Culture of Care.

The successful candidate will be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator within the state of Ohio and possess two years’ experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a long term care facility is preferred.
