_{February 28, 2020}Dayton, Ohio - At Respiratory and Nursing Center of Dayton, our nursing team and administrative staff know that being “fulfilled” is a right and not a privilege for every resident and person that’s part of our team. We feel our staff is entitled to feel fulfilled by the work they do. Our residents, to wake up feeling inspired to do what they enjoy in life and we all end our day together with a sense that we’ve contributed to something larger than ourselves. We realize fulfillment isn’t a lottery. It’s not a feeling that’s reserved for the lucky few who get to say, “I love what I do”. It’s for everyone. It’s about creating a “culture “where people take responsibility for each other. It brings smiles to light and is some of the best medicine we can offer or receive!
